Izzy’s clients look to him for strategic direction, including full responsibility for increasing sales, long-range planning, systems implementation, national purchasing programs and cross-functional leadership training. Izzy’s client successes have been highlighted in The Wall Street Journal and he has been featured on CNN and The Food Network. A Chicago native, Izzy is also an Army veteran. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kendall College and a Master's in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Roosevelt University.
