As the president and owner of Creative Cocktail Consultants, a global beverage consulting firm and the author of four award-winning cocktail books, Brian is consulting mixologist for Seabourn Ultra-Luxury cruise lines with Chef Thomas Keller and Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. Current projects include the newly built ENCORE cruise ship, The Montage Hotel in Los Angeles, The National in Greenwich, CT, The Lambs Club and the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
