    Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants (BAR) will take place May 21-22nd, 2017 and be located in the Lakeside Ballroom of McCormick Place. It is the only beverage alcohol trade event with vintner, distiller, and brewer tastings and demonstrations.

  2. How do I find my company password and what do I use it for?back to top

    Your company password can be found on your confirmation and invoice. If you can’t find it please contact your sales representative or call (312) 853-2542.Use your company password to log in to Exhibitor Services where you can make a payment, update your company profile, add a press release, and  individual products.

  3. Where is the Exhibitor Service Kit and how do I order services for my booth?back to top

    You can order services for your booth in the Exhibitor Services Kit, which is available online in the Exhibitor Services section of the website.

    Use the Exhibitor Service Kit to access the following information:

    • Show Information/Rules & Regulations
    • Shipping Information
    • Order Electricity/ Additional Booth Furnishings
    • Food & Beverage Information

    Please note that there is limited access to utilities in the Lakeside Ballroom. There is no access to air, water, or drain. If you require electrical service, please review the Electrical Floorplan showing your options.  Electric services can be ordered through GES.

    Yes; we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover card).

    • Eight-foot high back draping plus two 33" high draped side rails
    • ID sign with company name and booth number
    • Ice, lexan tub, water pitcher & spittoon
    • Secured storage for alcohol product
    • Carpeted floor
    • 6' counter height table & waste basket,
    • Daily cleaning & porter service
    • 1000 lbs of material handling.

  9. When will exhibitor registration open for BAR17?back to top

    Exhibitor Registration is now open for  BAR17. Login to Exhibitor Services with your company password to register your booth personnel, order lead retrieval, or rent the attendee list.

  10. How many complimentary Show badges do I receive with my booth?back to top

    • Each Exhibitor receives five (5) complimentary badges for the first 80 square feet of space purchased, and three (3) badges for each additional 80 square feet of space.
    • Exhibitors in 5x8 booths receive three (3) badges.

  13. Are children allowed on the show floor?back to top

    No one under 21 years of age will be permitted on the BAR floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances.
