Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants (BAR) is open to trade only and not open to the public. Individuals who cannot demonstrate their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend BAR. Previous attendees may be required to provide and/or confirm their business proof. Registration for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants includes access to NRA Show.
Individuals must be involved in the decision making process of the bar program within a bar, restaurant foodservice or retail operation to attend Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants. Past attendance to Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants does not guarantee qualification.
No one under 21 years of age will be admitted to Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions. This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees. Registration of anyone under 21 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.
You will be required to present a government issued photo ID and event badge to gain entrance to Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants. The name on all three items must match each other.
By registering for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Show you acknowledge and agree you that you work in the restaurant. hospitality, and food service industry and that you have provided accurate and truthful information. No substitution or sharing of badges is permitted.
Attendees wearing badges from previous Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and/or NRA Shows or falsified badges and/or sharing or swapping badges will be immediately ejected from Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Show and banned from future Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Shows. The NRA considers such conduct theft of service, trespassing, and fraud and will report violators to law enforcement authorities. If such conduct is discovered after the NRA Show, violators will be invoiced according to onsite registration pricing and will be required to pay their invoice in full in order to avoid being reported to law enforcement authorities. NRA reserves the right to validate the authenticity of this badge and to confiscate those determined to be counterfeit. No refunds will be given for any person removed.
By registering for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Show you agree to comply with all state, local and facility rules, regulations and laws.
You acknowledge and agree that the NRA reserves the right to remove you from Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and/or NRA Show if, the NRA, in its sole discretion, determines that your presence or behavior create a disruption or hinder the NRA Show or the enjoyment of the NRA Show by other attendees. All Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants/NRA Show badges are the property of the NRA and must be returned to the NRA upon request.
“Suitcasing” refers to the practice of attending a trade show but “working the aisles” from a suitcase or briefcase, soliciting business from other attendees and exhibitors. For the good of the show and the exhibitors supporting the show, the only legitimate place to conduct business during show hours is within a contracted exhibit space on the show floor. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to protect their investment and report any violations to NRA Show management. Attendees observed soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or in another company’s booth, will be ejected from the NRA Show and may be banned from future events in the NRA’s sole discretion.
Promotions, Recordings and Image Usage
By registering for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Show, you acknowledge and agree that your image and/or name may be used by the NRA in any of its own promotions and in registered publishing, broadcast and cable media, without charge or obligation. This includes on- and off-camera interviews conducted by registered media and/or NRA Show personnel.
By registering for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Show you may receive email promotion from exhibitors. If you opt out during the registration process your email will be removed from 2017 exhibitor marketing promotions; your email will not be removed from Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants/NRA Show promotions.
NRA prohibits the use of personal cameras and mobile recording devices on the exhibit floor and at all sessions and speaker presentations. NRA hires professional photographers/videographers to capture images and recordings of the Show in compliance with data protection & privacy laws. NRA may edit and use these images for administrative and promotional activities in the ordinary course of our business. Unauthorized photography, videography or live streaming of any exhibit or product is prohibited and may result in the confiscation of device, film, memory cards and cameras as well as expulsion from the NRA Show. Registered press must check in at the on-site Press Center and declare intentions to photograph and/or film the NRA Show or Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants.
Product Removal from Show Floor
Product removal from Show floor should be accompanied by a Merchandise Removal Pass distributed by exhibitors who desire to give away product to an NRA Show attendee. The pass must be signed by a representative of the exhibiting company authorizing the attendee to remove product from their booth and the building. Security personnel will not permit attendees to leave the building without the required pass.
Individuals are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations. Cancellation of hotel reservations and/or any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of each individual.
NRA reserves the right to cancel registration for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants if it is determined that you are not eligible. This determination is at the sole discretion of the National Restaurant Association. If your Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants registration is canceled due to ineligibility, you will be refunded the Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants registration fee only; you will still be registered for NRA Show.
By registering for Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants and NRA Show you authorize the NRA to charge your credit card account the applicable fees for the registrations processed during this online session. Cancellation of your registration must be done in writing to email@example.com. Registration fees are non-refundable.
